Gyro King’s Senior Citizen Day Promotional Flyer

Please print out and share Gyro King’s first event with your neighbors, friends and family. I am offering 20% discount to seniors on Fridays between the hours of 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, could stay open longer if a lot of people show up. The Gyro King Food Truck will be parked in the Staples parking lot along the road between Staples and Walgreens at this address 849 W. Main Street, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.

I am giving back to seniors every Friday and cooking lunch for them for basically costs, 20% discount is my approximate profit when charging regular prices, being a senior myself I know how hard it is in today’s world to keep up with the bills, our pensions and retirement income stays the same while the price of everything else doubles, someones getting rich but it is certainly not us elderly, we are slipping behind every month just trying to keep up. many taking on a second job etc. well this my way of letting seniors enjoy a good lunch out at least one day a week.

thank you to Jared at Staples for allowing me to use his Staples parking lot to carry on this weekly event, I try to stay in Oak Ridge with my food truck doing other events around town, if you see the Gyro King Food Truck stop by and grab some lunch, our truck produces some generously portioned food, our gyro’s are the best you will have a hard time finding a better gyro, we make them with lamb meat cooked slowly on our rotisserie oven, we shave the cone of lamb meat into thin slices, our gyros are placed on pita bread, topped with lettuce, tomato and onions, we make our own special recipe of Tzatziki sauce, 2 types of sauce both Hot or Regular sauce. our Tzatziki sauce is full of flavors that makes our gyros the best around Tennessee. not to brag but they are very good.

our burgers begin as 1/2 pound of beef flattened out into a Jumbo size patty, we use jumbo buns and our burgers cover the buns, your getting a real burger topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles, we have other condiments you can also add for free.

foot long and regular coneys cheese dogs, we use real shredded cheese not that runny orange cheese sauce some call cheese, to me its a very cheap alternative. coney sauce with no beans and a generous portion of cheese, condiments you can add yourself for free from our condiments bowl. pickles, onions, relish, banana peppers, Jalapeño peppers, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, ranch dressing. if you cannot find what your looking for just ask cook if we have, some things we keep in the refrigerator.

our truck is clean and new, all our equipment new, we take pride in keeping our food truck clean and our vegetables fresh.
