New Wushack Gyro King Food Truck

Working on our large event food truck, this food trailer is 8′ 5″ wide by 30 feet long. Our new food truck will have our current menu specializing in Gyros and our 1/2 pound burgers and Coney cheese dogs. 

Our new truck will carry our current menu but we will be adding ice cream cones, chocolate Sundays, yogurts and more desserts. Follow this post to keep up with our new food trailer build. I sanded the frame and put a couple coats black paint, it’s brand new now. Today I began laying down the support beams to support the floor. Installed a 60 gallon waste water tank and a 50 gallon fresh water tank. Flushed out both tanks. 

Tomorrow I will finish the support beams and run the plumbing pipes to the two tanks. Hoping to begin laying down the flooring tomorrow also. I am currently waiting on my tankless water heater and my water pump. I will have access thru floor to install pump so that won’t hold up installing floor

December 13,2025 update

Finished framing walls on trailer, installed outlet boxes and ran wiring thru walls. Framed in bathroom and generator compartment to hold generator. Cold weather set in ad has me grounded now, when resume work will be installing tankless water heater, water pump and electric box. Working hard to get new trailer ready before spring.
