Gyro King food truck on Break

I will be on break until weather warms up. I am using this time off to build a much bigger food truck, it is 30 feet overall long by 8 1/2 foot wide. This new food truck will be able to handle bigger events of any size and is equipped with everything needed to do multiple day events without leaving event. All the accomodations of home. This new food truck will serve our existing menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, we will be expanding our menu though, we will be serving scoop ice cream cones, sundaes, deserts, cup ice cream, packaged ice cream bars and more, yogurts. With our expanded kitchen we will be preparing special Filipino dishes at our bigger events. The new food truck is well on its way to being finished, then we can get all the required inspections needed to operate. New food truck should be ready to start doing events in March 2026. Our new food truck is built to be able to operate all year around. This will be the last year we need to shut down due to cold weather. 

Our smaller food truck isn’t built for winter, Gyro King will now have 2 operational food trucks, our 10 foot food truck for the smaller events where size requirements are needed, and our new 30 foot food truck equipped with heating and air conditioning, ready to work 365 days a year. Is equipped to handle any size event and be able to do multiple day events without leaving event, all the necessities of home, drop down bed, cable TV and Internet, bathroom, toilet, bathroom sink, shower.
