Playing Cards

Playing cards are small, rectangular pieces of specialized paper, cardstock, or thin plastic marked with symbols, used in sets (decks) for games, magic tricks, and divination. A standard modern deck usually contains 52 cards divided into four suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades) with ranks from ace to king, plus jokers.
